Our instructors take extra care to provide clear verbal instruction and hands-on guidance to help you safely build strength, body awareness, and confidence in the air. The material introduced in this class is paced slower and more intentional—giving you time to focus on proper form, warm-up techniques, and foundational body positioning.
As part of this course, students will work toward a mini routine to celebrate their progress and transition into full Beginner Level 1 classes. This goal-oriented approach helps build confidence and create a sense of achievement, even after just a few sessions.
