Flexible Full-Day Fun – Your Way! Availability: One summer camp package per child. HOW TO BOOK YOUR CAMP DAYS: - After purchasing your Summer Camp package, 5 Full Days of Daycare will be added to your account. - Visit our booking page, and select 'Full Day Daycare / Summer Camp' under Daycare Services. - Choose your Summer Camp date and proceed to checkout. - Instead of payment, choose 'Redeem Package' to use your Summer Camp days. _____ Keep your little one engaged and entertained this summer with our 5-day Summer Camp Package at Little Beans Play Cafe! Enjoy five full days of camp - booked at your convenience - anytime before August 31st. Hosted in our licensed child care facility, each day includes up to 8 hours of care (9:00am–5:00pm), packed with fun and creativity! 🎨 Each camp day includes: Flexible scheduling - use your 5 days when it works for you. Supervised play in our indoor playground. Engaging arts and crafts and themed activities. A safe, fun-filled environment for your child. 🍴 Perks for Parents: No need to pack a lunch! Order a hot lunch from our café and we’ll serve it fresh at lunchtime. Plus, enjoy 15% off all food and beverages on your camp days - for both kids and adults. POLICIES: Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Pick Ups: There are no cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds permitted for any Summer Camp Daycare services booked at promotional pricing. No-shows are charged the full amount of daycare services with no refunds given. Late pick-ups will incur a late charge of $1 per minute. DAYCARE TIME LIMIT: Per our licensing requirements, each child may attend our daycare for no more than 40 hours total in the last 30 calendar days. It is the parent / guardian's responsibility to ensure their child has not been booked for more than 40 hours. Your child will not be able to attend our facility and you will be charged for the extra hours you booked. Example: If a child has booked 8 hours per day, for 5 days this week Monday - Friday, they have reached the 40 hour maximum. Their next daycare booking cannot occur until 30 days from Tuesday. Please email us if you are unsure, as we do not want to turn a child away from care. GRADUATED ENTRY + BOOKING A TOUR We offer graduated entry for children who are new to a daycare setting, and little ones who have a harder time leaving their caregivers. We welcome visits beforehand to familiarize you and your little one with our daycare space and invite all new families to book a tour. We want to ensure each child has a great first experience!
