This appointment is required for all patients interested in peptide-based wellness, recovery, or performance support at Onyx. During this visit, a licensed medical provider will review your medical history, goals, and any contraindications to determine whether peptide therapy is safe and appropriate for you. Your baseline blood work is included during this visit, and is required before beginning any peptide treatment. If you have recent labs completed elsewhere, you may bring or upload them, as long as they were done within the last 90 days. Baseline Labs Included: CBC – screens for anemia, infection, and immune status CMP – evaluates kidney and liver function Fasting Glucose & HbA1c – required for patients starting metabolic or GH-related peptides IGF-1 – required for patients starting growth-hormone–related therapies Your provider will review these labs and create a personalized treatment plan. Peptide selection and dosing are ONLY determined after this evaluation and lab review.
