- Capacity: 250 Pricing: Sunday-Thursday (AFTER 5) $1,000 Sunday-Saturday (EVENT ENDING BY 5) -2 HOUR minimum starting at $300 every/ additional hour is $100 Friday (AFTER 5) $2,200 Saturday (AFTER 5) $2,700 Bartender: $150 each Cleaning Fee: $500 (Redundable) NOTICE: No dates are held unless 40% of the total is paid. The remainder of the rental must be paid in full by the end of the week prior to the event. Additionally, as ABC-Licensed premises, we take care of all bar stocking (cups, napkins, liquor, mixers, and beer). The bar will then be run as a card only bar. -

- Capacity: 100 MAX Pricing: Sunday-Thursday (AFTER 5) $1,000 Sunday-Saturday (EVENTS ENDING BY 5) - 2 HOUR minimum starts at $300, every additional hour is $100. Friday (AFTER 5) $1,700 Saturday (AFTER 5) - $2,000 Bartender: $150 each Cleaning Fee: $500 (Refundable) NOTICE: No dates are held unless 40% of the total is paid. The remainder of the rental must be paid in full by the end of the week prior to the event. - For the side lot where the caboose is located, $500 for the day. For the entire lawn, including the back parking area, $1,500. NOTICE: No dates are held unless 40% of the total is paid.
