Yoga for First Responders is to provide first responders and military personnel with traditional yoga and critical stress management training that is culturally informed and job specific for the purposes of effectively processing stress, building resilience, and enhancing performance.
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join this class and experience the benefits of yoga, physically, mentally and emotionally. This is another tool to add to your toolbox of self care!

Power Flow Lite
Power Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes strength, stamina, and fluid movement. It combines elements of traditional Vinyasa flow with a focus on building muscular power, core stability, and endurance. This is a scaled back version of the traditional Power Flow with a focus on the same creative flow at a pace available to yogis of all levels!
