STRENTH SERIES Foundations Strength Series 5 Week Progressive Strength Program Build strength, stability, and confidence in a supportive small-group environment. This 5-week progressive series uses bodyweight, resistance bands, and light weights (up to 20 lbs) to develop foundational strength that supports everyday movement and your yoga practice. Designed for all ages and experience levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. Class Time Tuesday — 5:00–6:00 PM Maximum 10-12 participants Introductory Trial Pricing 5 Week Series — $75 ($15 per class) All equipment provided. Just bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Spaces are limited to maintain a small group coaching environment, so registration is recommended.
