I won the privilege of a mini Self-Care day in the Hub Anniversary draw last November. This week I redeemed it towards a Prana Package with Ayurvedic Head Massage, Sauna, Herbal Bath Soak, and Red Light Therapy 🥰 It was glorious. Sherry’s warm oil head massage was so therapeutic, and the perfect way to enter into deep relaxation before the sauna and both soak. The Hydrotherapy room is beautiful and the cedar sauna is so fresh and clean. I am so honoured to have received such wonderful treatment and I look forward to booking another Prana Package for myself in the future.

When you go to a place where you are free to cry or laugh during your visit, I called that place a home. This is going to be our new casa for breaks, as a Maya Shaman I am very happy to access to a space were I can run my shamanic cleansing, do workshops, healing circles, drumming sessions, etc...As a chef also want to congrats to the chefs, their vegan menu is exceptional, delicious and very affordable, the place is safe, depression free, since the owners do everything with pure love, finally The hub, that is looking to build our holistic wellness community, big bravo to all of you! 🙏❤️🙏

My husband and I enjoyed the valentines package, 1.5 hours in the hydrotherapy room including the sauna! Was a great experience, clean, private, quiet. All the things you’d love for a date with your spouse. Will definitely go back again.
