Beginner Drum Lesson - 30 min - With Rafi

Students learn the rudiments of reading drum set notation and how to play like your favorite rock star. What to expect during a typical Drum Lesson: Warm-Ups, Stick Control Proper posture Mastering the 26 Rudiments Rhythm reading Music theory Individual assignments – with music/chart reading Basic style studies Basic improvisation Student choice songs Performance practice Stage Presence You do not have to purchase a drum kit to take lessons. Beginning students can learn with a drum pad and sticks. They are both available in our store, for your convenience. Students use our drum set at their lessons, and do not have to bring anything except their drum sticks and a notebook.
