Party Package Classic (non-private)
KIDS 0–6 ONLY Included with the Classic Party Package (Non-Private Play): * Non-private party celebration (MiniTown remains open for play) * Private use of the Party Room * 2 hours of party time * Up to 15 children (Max 15 children allowed) * 2 Pizzas * Juice boxes * Water bottles * Plates, forks and napkins * Digital invitations You are welcome to bring your own cake and small decorations to add your personal touch. Party Terms & Conditions Booking & Payments Party bookings can be made online only. Inquiries do not confirm reservations. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The final balance is due on the day of your party at check-in, before the party starts. Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling: 30+ days before the party: One courtesy reschedule allowed. Less than 30 days: $50 rescheduling fee applies. Less than 72 hours: Considered a cancellation; deposit forfeited. No-shows or cancellations without notice will result in deposit forfeiture. Arrival & Departure Party organizers may arrive 15 minutes prior for setup. Parties must vacate the room promptly at the end of the scheduled time. Late departure: $75 fee if not vacated within 10 minutes after the party ends. Guest Policy Party packages include 15 children. A fee will apply for each additional child, with a maximum of 5 extra children allowed per party. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any additional children to ensure proper accommodation. Waivers All children must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian to participate in activities. No exceptions. Party Schedule 1 hour and 30 minutes of playtime in the playground. 30 minutes in the party room for food and cake. Parties must adhere to the scheduled time to allow preparation for the next event. Decorations You may bring your own small decorations. Not allowed: Ceiling décor, confetti, glitter, streamers, silly string, piñatas. All décor must be removed within your scheduled party time. Play Area Rules Ages 0-6 only. Socks are required for all guests (adults & kids). No shoes or strollers in the play area. No gifts or party favors allowed in the play area. Outside Services Only services offered in partnership with Minitown Café & Play are allowed. Damages Any damages to Minitown property will be the responsibility of the party organizer. Digital Invitation Included with all party packages is a complimentary digital invitations platform. A party invite that matches your selected theme will be provided to you (with option to swap out for any other themed invite of your choosing). Digital invites also include: Online portal to send out invites via email or text message RSVP tracking Automated reminders Guest messenger tool to send out any event updates Event website page to share additional information with guests Group Card for guests to sign with written or video messages Event photo wall for guests to share their photos from the celebration For questions or emergencies, please contact us at info@minitowncafeplay.com.
