This class meets every Saturday from 9am - 9:45am
Joseph Pilates' traditional method taught on the mat following a specific order of exercises to strengthen your core muscles, including the abs, hips, bottom and back. Each class focuses on alignment, form and the six Pilates principles: Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breath and Flow.

Group class policy:
Class size limited to 6 people.
All classes are 45 minutes in length.
Registration and payment is required for group classes.
