Join our new Intro to Pilates Group Reformer Class, designed specifically for those who are new to Pilates and want to build a strong foundation while learning the authentic Classical method. 📅 Starting July 10, 2026 🕓 Fridays at 4:00 PM 🕘 Sundays at 9:00 AM In this small-group class, you'll learn the fundamentals of Pilates on the Reformer, improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness, and gain the confidence to progress deeper into your Pilates practice. Special Introductory Rate: $45 per class or $240 for 6PK Class Package Limited-time discounted pricing. Group class policy: Class size limited to 4 people. All classes are 50 minutes in length. Registration and payment is required for group classes. Class schedule is subject to change. Note the Cancellation Policy for Reformer Classes: Please allow 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend class. Without your 48 hours’ notice, you will forfeit the cost of the class.
