90 Minute Sanskrit Energy Healing This version of the technique, I will speak commands out loud in Sanskrit. Sanskrit is one of the 3 most Ancient Languages to have been spoken. This dialect is the sacred language of Hinduism and is extremely powerful when combined with this healing. The Trinity Technique involves several levels, starting with the highly charged sacred space. First I remove layers of stuck low frequency energy that is weighing you down, restricting healthy flow. Next I work on the Chakras to cleanse, clear and energize with high vibrational love and light. *Part of the technique involves the use of essential oils, stones, and connection with your spirit guides and those who support your journey here on earth.
