The combination of Salt & Sound creates a perfect environment for healing & relaxation! During the sound bath, the facilitator first takes you on a guided meditation, then plays various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls , chimes , drums, and other instruments, while participants lie down or sit comfortably. The vibrations and frequencies of the sounds help to calm the mind and relax the body allowing participants to enter a meditative state and access their inner healing abilities. Sound baths have been found to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. -
