It allows you to enjoy the benefits of infrared, Red Light , Salt , & Chromo therapy with your friends or loved ones. Infrared therapy involves the use of infrared light to penetrate deep into the body promoting relaxation, detoxification & pain relief . Red Light is part of the electromagnetic spectrum, and more specifically, part of the spectrum of light emitted by the sun. These wavelengths of light are bioactive in humans . Red light between 600-700 nm offer benefits for skin texture and tone , smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, promoting collagen production , increases blood circulation to the tissue, reduces inflammation in cells and generally rejuvenates the appearance of skin and hair . Salt Therapy or Halotherapy helps to provide relief for various respiratory conditions such as asthma, allergies, bronchitis, and sinusitis, certain skin conditions & anxiety.
