Even before the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for an amazing treat(ment)! The atmosphere was serene and welcoming with soft music, and Joan made me feel at ease simply by her presence. Leaving everything up to Joan, it was hands down one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. Joan is professional, attentive, and experienced—she checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and tailored the treatment to my needs. Every detail, from the warm towels to the soothing mask and reiki, was thoughtful and added to the overall experience.
