Every appointment is reserved exclusively for you, allowing our technicians to give you the time, attention, and quality you deserve.

To ensure fairness for all guests and respect our technicians' time, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Before You Book

• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.

• A $1 reservation fee will be collected at booking to verify your card. This amount will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

• Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total.

• Same-day appointments are final. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show for a same-day appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

• Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other appointments.

• Children are welcome; however, they must remain seated and supervised to help us maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests.

• Please keep phones on silent and avoid speakerphone during your visit.
