Footwork Fridays helps players break down technical aspects of ball control and dribbling

Footwork Fridays will be broken down into two sections. 45min technical ball work and various drills. 45min of application practice in small sided games. Players will look to learn how to better dribble and control the ball in multiple scenarios.
