ABOUTME:

My name is Jamie Laudi.

Father of an amazing teenager and wonderful twins girls. I recently moved in Les Coteaux and I fell in love with the tranquility of the countryside.

I am a mobile massage therapist since march 2021 and member of the massage therapist association (AMQ).

For me, the more important thing is helping others to access their well-being. Finding points of tension and relieving others to make their discomfort disappear is more than rewarding, both for them and for me.

Cancellation & Mobile Service Policy

​Because we provide a specialized mobile service that brings the massage experience to your home, our schedule requires careful planning of travel routes and times. When an appointment is canceled on short notice, it leaves a gap in the day that cannot be filled.

​We kindly ask that you review our policy below before booking.

​Cancellation Notice Period:

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

​Late Cancellation Fees:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee based on the length of the service reserved:

​Under 1hr Services: $40 Fee

1hr+ Services: $50 Fee

1.5hr+ Services: $75 Fee

​2 Hr+ Services: $100 Fee

​On-Site Cancellations & Unavailability:

If the therapist arrives at your location and you are unavailable, absent, or decide to cancel on-site, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged. This policy ensures compensation for the therapist's reserved time, gas, and travel expenses.

​Sickness & Rescheduling Protocol:

We prioritize the health of our clients and therapist. If you have a fever or contagious symptoms, please do not keep your appointment.

​Fee Waiver Conditions for sickness:

In the event of sudden illness, the late cancellation fee may be waived only if the appointment is rescheduled on the same day as the cancellation occurs.

​Booking Window for sickness:

The rescheduled appointment must take place within one month (30 days) of the original booking date.

Appointment Confirmation:

Responding to confirmation text you receive for appointment or by text 4 hours or more before appointment is mandatory or appointment will be canceled and you will be charged cancelation fee. If you do not receive confirmation text you must text me at 438-342-6248 and confirm by text.
