Members receive two (2) IV drips per month for $125, with the option to customize each drip with up to two included ingredients. Additional ingredients may be added for $10 each. This membership is month-to-month and only available for sign-up during the month of November. Membership benefits begin immediately upon purchase. Not Included: NAD+ Drips Wellness Drip / Myers Cocktail TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Membership Eligibility & Use Membership benefits apply only to the individual whose name is on the membership. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Members may not use their monthly drips for another person under any circumstance. A valid ID may be required at check-in to verify membership use. 2. Monthly Benefits Includes two (2) standard IV drips per month with up to two (2) included ingredients each. Unused drips do not roll over to the following month. Add-on ingredients are priced at $10 each and must be paid at the time of service. 3. Payment Terms This is a month-to-month recurring membership. Payments are automatically billed monthly to the card on file. If payment fails or is not updated within 3 days, the membership will automatically terminate. Once membership payment stops, all membership pricing and benefits are immediately forfeited. 4. Cancellation Policy Members may cancel at any time by notifying Onyx before their next billing date. There are no refunds or prorated credits for unused drips within the billing period. 5. Exclusions & Limitations NAD+ infusions and the Wellness/Myers Cocktail infusion are not included in the membership. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or event pricing. Onyx reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings with 30 days’ notice. 6. Consent & Medical Assessment All IV drips require standard medical screening and approval by an Onyx provider prior to administration. Onyx reserves the right to deny treatment if clinically indicated for patient safety.
