This deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule your party up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to your original event start time through your client portal, and your deposit will transfer to the new date. • Future Rescheduling Rule: Rescheduled events must be booked for a date after your original party date. Within 48 hours of the event, your date is permanently locked, and the deposit is forfeited if you cannot attend. • Mandatory Liability Waivers: Online liability waivers must be signed by all participating guests before entering the attractions. Please send your custom waiver link to your guests before party day. • Blacklight Room Rules: Our party rooms are fully UV blacklight-themed. Absolutely no tape, tacks, or adhesives may be used on the walls. • Twin & Sibling Parties: An additional fee applies if a party features multiple guests of honor. Please notify us during booking. • Strict Capacity Limits: We enforce a strict maximum capacity of 18 total guests inside individual party rooms due to local fire code mandates. • Damages & Clean-up Fees: The booking client assumes full financial liability for any damage to equipment or the facility. An additional cleaning fee will be automatically charged to the card on file if the room is left excessively messy.
