A fun, interactive fitness class where children are introduced to healthy habits through games that build coordination, balance & strength. Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Speedy Sundays Ages 10-16yrs Sundays 5:00pm - 6:00pm
A cardio and agility class for kids featuring fat, quick-reaction drill and cognitive challenges at the new light station at Top Shelf. Players will work on Power Skaters to strengthen legs, improve stride and build speed, coordination and reaction time in a fun dynamic environment. Sundays 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Breakaway Wednesdays Ages 10yrs-15yrs 5:45pm - 6:45pm
Start out by stretching and turning the body with yoga hockey. We will then move into core and leg work using box jumps and dynamic drills. Finishing by shooting pucks and wrapping up the session with some scoring tips. Wednesdays 5:45pm - 6:45pm
