Mighty Mites Fitness Ages 5yrs - 9yrs Saturday 2:30 - 3:30pm
A fun, interactive fitness class where children are introduced to healthy habits through games that build coordination, balance & strength.
Sniper Saturdays Ages 6-10 yrs
A high energy class focused on building lower body strength, core stability, speed, and agility. Players will work on explosiveness & overall athleticism with a mix of drills to keep every session fun. End of each session will be accuracy and shooting techniques.

Speedy Sundays Ages 6yrs - 10yrs
A cardio and agility class for kids featuring fat, quick-reaction drill and cognitive challenges at the new light station at Top Shelf. Players will work on Power Skaters to strengthen legs, improve stride and build speed, coordination and reaction time in a fun dynamic environment.
Speedy Sundays Ages 11yrs-16yrs

Breakaway Wednesdays Ages 10yrs-15yrs
Start out by stretching and turning the body with yoga hockey. We will then move into core and leg work using box jumps and dynamic drills. Finishing by shooting pucks and wrapping up the session with some scoring tips.
