Passionate about the game and its future, Gilbert is dedicated to helping young golfers develop their skills, sharpen their mindset, and perfect their craft both on and off the course.
Chris Gilbert is in his third season as the Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach at Baker University. Since taking over in 2022, he has guided the Wildcats to seven program records, a conference championship, nine Heart of America Golfer of the Week awards, and their first team title since 2018. Before joining Baker, Gilbert spent two seasons at the University of Kansas as a volunteer assistant for both golf programs. He also coached at Wisconsin, where he helped the Badgers win two tournaments and set a school scoring record, and at Washington State, where he guided the Cougars to back-to-back titles. Passionate about the game and its future, Gilbert is dedicated to helping young golfers develop their skills, sharpen their mindset, and perfect their craft both on and off the course.
